Is the free class really free?
Yes. One class, no credit card. We want you or your child to love it before you pay a thing.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with two weeks' notice — no penalty, no hassle.
My child is shy or has never done martial arts.
That's exactly who we're best with. Our kids' program is built around a child's first martial-arts experience — confidence, focus, and fun — and kids progress at their own pace. No one is pushed through for a belt.
What about fitness kickboxing — is it for beginners?
Absolutely. No martial-arts background needed, and you go at your own intensity. It's a real workout without the contact.
What should I or my child wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in — a T-shirt and sweatpants is perfect. We provide the rest for the trial class.
Who owns and teaches S&S?
S&S is owned and led by Robert Scribner, a Oneida local and 4th-degree Black Belt with 28 years of teaching experience. You'll meet him at your trial class — not a salesperson.
